To cancel your Pro subscription and convert your account back to Trial, please log into the dashboard and visit the Support page. Look for "Cancel Pro Plan" and click the relevant link.
Note: You must pay all outstanding invoices, delete your production apps, and pay the current account balance before your account can be converted back to Trial.
