Unfortunately, a credit card decline (Authorization error: Generic Decline) means that your card issuer or bank has declined the transaction we're trying to charge to your card.
This usually means that the card details are correct, yet your bank has decided not to honor our transaction request, either because of insufficient funds, or because of a fraud suspicion false-alarm.
You'll usually need to get in touch with your card issuer or bank's Customer Service team to contest this decline and ask for future transactions from us to be automatically approved.
You can also try using another credit card and see if that one can be charged successfully.
We apologize as we are unable to further assist on this matter.
