To convert back to Trial, it is a requirement that your account does not have any apps with more than 100 registered devices.
You have two options:
- Ask us to delete the app(s) with more than 100 registered devices
- Ask us to delete the devices (and not the app) for a specific app in your account
Otherwise, consider suspending your account instead, which will cease monthly billing until you decide to unsuspend your account and resume notification services, while keeping all apps and registered devices.
Please contact us with the requested course of action and we'll be glad to assist. We will then convert your account back to trial and delete your payment method (credit card) on file.
